***Note: C.O.D. originally pinned Cook, but refused to stop attacking Cook after the bell... Thus the Reversal of the Decision by the Referee. Will Owens was injured outside of the ring. Leon "The Bull" Stresser came out of the crowd to run Ciatso and Sez away from the ring and to help Cook back to the locker room.

3) The "Bullet Babe" Amber O'Neal Gallows (from The Bullet Club) defeated "The Island Girl" Tracy Taylor (Representing The Underground) by pinfall to become the New GCW Women's Champion.

4) "Big Doc" Gallows (from the Bullet Club) def. Scotty Blaze by pinfall. "The Kryptonite Killer" Michael Steel distracted Blaze allowing Gallows to pin him.

5) GCW Tag Team Championship Match:
"The Sevenfold Saints" ("The Grand Design" Clyde Braddock & "The New Sensation" Steven Stiles - Managed By "The Oracle of Ominous" Wicked Nemesis) def. "The Five Star Fight Club" (Maddog Dan Sawyer & Mr. O'Hagan - accompanied to the ring by "Calm Like A Bomb" Pandora) by Disqualification.

***Note: Wicked Nemesis brought the belts down to the ring and attempted to utilize one of them. Pandora KO'd Wicked Nemesis causing one of the belts to land in the ring. An enraged Sawyer proceeded to use the belt on The Saints.. causing the DQ. Sawyer and O'Hagan are still the Tag Team Champions.

6) GCW Heavyweight Championship Match:
Micah Taylor (Representing The Underground) defeated "The Real Deal" A.J. Steele, Managed by Theodore Tutwiler III (From "The Foundation") by Submission to become the New GCW Heavyweight Champion.

"The Complete Wrestling Machine" Spi-Ral (Representing The Underground) defeated "The Human Highlight Reel" Mike Cruz (Representing "The Foundation") to become the New Champion.
